As part of this collaboration, Brown Rudnick is now using SuLe Venture Hub, a white-labelled platform designed to help law firms manage the venture financing process across both equity and venture debt transactions.

The rollout reflects a shared commitment to improving the efficiency, clarity, and scalability of venture transactions. The platform's implementation has been shaped through close collaboration with Neil Foster, co-chair of Brown Rudnick's Global Technology Group.
